The canal-side view from the living room window was excellent, as we spent a couple of nights 'at home' with our young son (3 months). The apartment was a great place for us, in a fantastic location for seeing the city, while being far enough away from the center to avoid a lot of the party noise. We would definately stay here again. The only thing to consider when booking an apartment is that the stairs in Dutch homes are quite steep.... so pack lightly!"

Great location, especially for the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, but within very easy reach by tram or on foot of everything Amsterdam has to offer. Stairs up and in the apartment are quite steep, but then this is Amsterdam and it is an old, canalside building - it's to be expected!
