If you strech your head slightly you can even see a canal. Perfectly situated from the hustle and bustle but not to far from everything. Resturants galore close by selling a variety of freshly cooked dishes to suit a range of budgets. Have stayed here twice with my partner and have no complaints. Only negatives about the place are that the toilet is a little small and could prove problematic for people you have a phobia of confined spaces. The remote control is expensive and to be honest a little over complicated but you soon get use to it. Lets face it, these aren't real issues. The toilet is in a seperate room inside the bathroom; so you can shut the door of the bathroom and leave the door of the loo open. bingo more space. Would recommend this to everyone.
