Courrier électronique privé peut être vérifiée dans la salle de séjour de l'hôte. Lunchroom pour Petit-déjeuner et quelques restaurants et un supermarché vous trouverez pas loin. La chambre est située à Amsterdam-Noord, près du Central Station , dans un environnement tranquille. Un ferry libre va jour et nuit. L'hôte parle français, allemand, danois, néerlandais et anglais. Il ya deux vélos qui peuvent être utilisés par les clients.

Simona e Nicola Italy (08/31/2011) "Ottima sistemazione, in 5 minuti si arriva in centro e la sera si può dormire!! Mr Jaap molto disponibile e preparato su qualsiasi domanda. Ha un sacco di guide e cartine che mette a disposizione insieme alle bici e... l'ombrello se serve! La stanza è piccolina ma gradevole come tutta la casa. Il battello per la central station c'è ogni 5 minuti ed è comodo e veloce. Lo consigliamo assolutamente e chi non vuol spendere molto e sa adattarsi. Inoltre vi sentirete meno turisti abitando in una zona tranquilla, ideale anche per pedalate verso Marken o Volendam. Thank you Mr. Jaap! "

Wesley Spyke DENMARK (06/25/2011) "This is the place to be for backpackers and those who plan on taking full advantage of the city and need a nice, quiet and cheap place to crash. Jaap has a plethora of knowledge regarding the city and offers guests suggestions on what to see and do off the beaten path. The apt complex also offers a sun terrace that is perfect for sharing a bottle of wine after a long day out. Access to the ferry (which runs every 7 minutes) was a about a two minute walk from the apt and there is a quaint coffee shop where you can buy sandwiches at the dock. Jaap also has two reliable bicycles for use, which really came in handy for us. Overall, it was a great stay for the money. "

El Shabtay ISRAEL (05/25/2011) "i highly reccomend the hospitality in jaac's apartment. after a few hour's you feel at home. there is alot of privacy and comfort. the free fary is an enjoyfull and quik way to the centeral and back, and in a few moments of cruze you're in a quiet environment out of the nouisy city. i had experience with a few hotels for around same price, and this time i was very pleased:) 17 - 20|may 2011 thank you "

Federica Fuligni Italy (10/01/2010) "In my opinion, the best view of the city of Amsterdam, i've never seen in a week !!! the building is right in front of the see, from which you can see the whole city!! and upstais there's a terrace that you share whit the others, but none uses it!! it's a wonderful and relaxed space, it's very good, and you can find it useful, cause maybe you'll find the room a bit little if you are in two. but everything is very very alright =) and the owner (Japp) is soo nice and fun . Andrea Albrechtsberger AUSTRIA (08/22/2010) "We have stayed at Jaap's apartment in Amsterdam for 10 days. The apartment is directly located on the other side of the river IJ. Therefore it took us 5 minutes to get to Central Station and to the City Center. The housing area was very quiet. A supermarket, a few restaurants and a bakery were nearby. The room we rented (with a view on the water) was small but fine for two persons. Jaap gave us two bikes, which were included in the accommodation fee, so it was quite easy for us to go from one point to another in the city. Jaap was open for good hints on what to do or where to go in Amsterdam and around. It was a great time at Jaap's apartment and we recommend to stay at Jaap's for a cheap stay in Amsterdam. "
