The address is situated near the RAI congress center in the south of the city, 10 minutes by tram to the old center.

George Dykstra United States of Amerika (24-01-2010) "Lovely large room with a tiny balcony and very gracious hosts. A few blocks to the tram and you can be anywhere in a few minutes. Very quite charming neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Keep in mind there is no view of the canal shown in the video and the home page. The room includes a refrigerator and great coffee maker. The shower was a bit quirky but after it got going there was plenty of hot water and surprisingly good water pressure. Be ready to climb to the forth floor on typical Dutch stairs, but these are much wider than some I’ve seen. All in all a very nice experience and we would stay again. "
